TERMS OF SERVICE
The deal, in plain terms.
This is a simulation platform for events. Nothing here is a financial service, and nothing that happens inside it is advice.

What this service is
The Trade House is a simulation. It models how a stock market behaves so that people can learn from it or compete inside it. It is not a brokerage, not an exchange, and not a financial service.
No real money is ever traded, held, or transferred through the platform. Every balance, price, instrument and result inside a competition is fictional.
Not financial advice
Nothing the platform produces, whether a price, a return, a ranking, a news item or an outcome, is investment advice, a recommendation, or a prediction about any real security or market. Results inside a simulation say nothing about what would happen with real money.
Do not make real financial decisions on the basis of anything that happens here.
Accounts
Accounts are created by event organizers, not by self-registration. If you are a participant, your organizer issued your credentials and can re-issue them.
Keep your credentials to yourself for the duration of the event, and do not reuse a password from anywhere else. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Organizers are responsible for the accounts they create, for telling their participants the rules of their event, and for having the right to use any branding they upload.
Acceptable use
Use the platform for the competition you were invited to. Do not attempt to access another team’s account or another organizer’s competition, to interfere with the operation of the service, to automate trading against it in a way that degrades it for others, or to use it to harass anyone.
Organizers may set additional rules for their own event, such as minimum participation, restrictions on certain instruments or conduct expectations, and may disqualify a team that breaks them. Those decisions belong to the organizer running your event.
We may suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service or the people using it.
Availability
We work to keep events running smoothly, but the service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for the outcome of a competition, for a result you disagree with, or for consequential losses arising from use of a simulation.
Where something goes wrong mid-event, organizers have tools to pause a round, correct a price, or reset a position, and those remedies sit with them.
Your content and ours
Organizers keep ownership of the logos, names and event material they upload, and grant us permission to display them within their own competition for the duration of the event.
The platform itself, including its interface and the simulation engine behind it, remains ours.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. The updated date at the top of this page will change with them, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting the revised terms.
